Article submission
diskurs is looking for works that stand out for their originality and leave the beaten track. Theory and empiricism should be combined in an innovative way in order to do justice to the diversity of political practice as much as possible.
Articles that are aimed at an interdisciplinary audience can be submitted in German or English. Your contribution can relate to one of our thematic calls - but submissions outside of the call are also possible. All articles are blindly peer-reviewed by external reviewers and are open access online.
You can find all information on submitting articles at https://journals.uni-due.de/diskurs/about/submissions.
If you have any problems or questions, please contact us by e-mail.
Your article proposal should have a length of about 45,000-50,000 characters. A prerequisite for inclusion in the procedure is that the text is unpublished and has not been submitted elsewhere at the same time. Manuscripts that have already been published in a grey series or on the internet can only be submitted in a substantially revised version. The editorial board decides on the publication of submitted essays on the basis of the review.
Submission and publication are free of charge for authors.
Further information on submission format and formatting can be found in the Guidelines for Authors.
