Effizienzsteigerung des Bauprojektmanagements durch Implementierung digitaler Workflows
Im Rahmen einer sich derzeit in Entwicklung befindlichen Kollaborationsplattform für das Bauprojektmanagement wurde untersucht, inwiefern sich Effizienzsteigerungen erzielen lassen, indem der manuelle Arbeitsaufwand für notwendige Dokumentations-, Koordinations- und Kontrollprozesse als auch die Anzahl entstehender Konflikte reduziert wird. Im Untersuchungsfokus stand eine, zumindest teilweise, Automatisierung der zuvor genannten Prozessarten, der Austausch von Informationen aus unterschiedlichen Software-Tools sowie die zweifelsfreie und unumgängliche Vorgabe von Prozessabläufen in Form von implementierten Workflows in Anlehnung an die BIM-Methodik.
In the context of a collaboration platform for construction project management that is currently being developed, it was investigated to what extent efficiency increases can be achieved by reducing the manual workload for necessary documentation, coordination and control processes as well as the number of conflicts that arise. The focus of the investigation was on at least partial automation of the aforementioned process types, the exchange of information from different software tools and the unambiguous and indispensable specification of process sequences in the form of implemented workflows based on the BIM method.
