Hexenverfolgungen in Jülich-Kleve-Berg und der Einfluss Johann Weyers
Der Beitrag zeichnet auf der Basis der Auswertung von Amtsrechnungen die frühen Hexenprozesse in Jülich-Kleve-Berg nach, die zwischen 1500 und etwa 1530 festzustellen sind. Ein kurzer Blick wird auf die nachfolgende Zeit und das Werk des Verfolgungsgegners Johann Weyer und sein bahnbrechendes Werk „De praestigiis daemonum“ gelenkt.
The essay analyses on the base of the officials accounts the early witch trails in the Duchy of Jülich-Kleve-Berg between the years 1500 and 1530. A brief reviewis also given of the following times and the opponent of witchcraft persecution, Johann Weyer with his innovative book “De praestigiis daemonum”.
