Before You Begin...

To view this presentation, you must have a computer that meets the following requirements:

Windows

Windows 95 OSR2, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000

1. Does your computer have a current browser?

   Your computer must have Internet Explorer Version 4.01 or later, or Netscape Navigator Version 4.08 or later.¹

2. Does your computer have RealNetworks RealPlayer 8?

   Note: If you installed RealPlayer 8 before installing a new browser, you might need to reinstall RealPlayer.
   
   ¹ To view RealNetworks presentations with Netscape Navigator Version 6.0, make sure the following conditions are met:

   • The path where the presentation is located should not have spaces. (Spaces in the path are more likely to occur when a presentation plays from a CD-ROM.)
   
   
   • The Plugins folder under Netscape Navigator Version 6.0 must contain the nppl3260.dll and rpcl3260.zip files. These files can be found in the Netscape Navigator Plugins folder. (You might need to install Netscape Navigator and then install RealPlayer 8 to extract these two files.)
   
   
   

Macintosh

Version 8.5 or later

1. Does your computer have a current browser?

   Your computer must have Internet Explorer Version 5.0 or later, or Netscape Navigator Version 4.7 or later.

2. Does your computer have RealNetworks RealPlayer 8?

   Note: If you installed RealPlayer 8 before installing a new browser, you might need to reinstall RealPlayer.

Troubleshooting Guide

• If the presentation has additional plug-ins...

  You might need to download these plug-ins before continuing to view the presentation.

• If you notice multicolored "puzzle pieces" displaying when you view the presentation...

  You might need to change the hardware acceleration setting. To do so, right-click the video while it is playing in the RealPlayer. Choose Preferences from the pop-up menu, and click the Performance tab. Deselect the Use optimized video display check box in the Video card compatibility pane. Click OK, and then restart the video.

• If the connection seems slow...

  You might not have a sufficient connection rate. For example, if you are connecting from a 28.8K modem, you might have trouble viewing the presentation if it was meant for DSL users. Contact the presentation provider to see if they have a version for your connection rate.
