  abstract = 	{The use of building materials in the construction of buildings is resource-intensive. Additional and changing requirements with regard to the ecological sustainability of construction projects demand an increase in the ecologically sustainable potential of building materials - in relation to production and reusability. The contributions within this conference volume assess the ecological potential of building materials, discuss challenges in integrating these building materials into conventional construction methods and present an ecologically sustainable material platform through which the use, consumption and ecological potential of raw and building materials can be transparently presented.},
