As a result hospitals introduced measures to reduce labour costs by increasing workloads and worsening nurse-patient ratios. Additionally, large numbers of formerly publiclyowned hospitals were privatised. This case study investigates the successful strike of workers employed by the privatised service provider of a university hospital and explores the possibilities of solidarity within a precarious and highly segmented workforce.}, issn = {1869-4748}, doi = {10.17185/duepublico/19418}, url = {https://duepublico2.uni-due.de/receive/duepublico_mods_00074352}, url = {https://doi.org/10.17185/duepublico/19418}, url = {https://doi.org/10.17185/duepublico/74343}, url = {https://doi.org/10.17185/duepublico/74352}, file = {:https://duepublico2.uni-due.de/servlets/MCRFileNodeServlet/duepublico_derivate_00074108/05_Harden_Fabrik_in_Weiss.pdf:PDF}, language = {de} }
