Erfolgsfaktoren interkultureller Strategischer Allianzen am Beispiel von bilateralen Kooperationen zwischen deutschen, französischen und japanischen Automobilunternehmen

The dissertation analyses bilateral strategic alliances in the automobile industry between german, french and japanese firms. It should be stressed, in how far cultural selected, critical factors for success are causal for the success of such intercultural cooperations and whether there exist diferences between german an french resp. german and japanese alliances. Frame of reference is the transaction cost theory as well as the layer model of Eberhard Dülfer.
